Aina Egeberg is an experienced management consultant, trainer and coach who works in the areas of management of change, leadership, business innovation, and coaching individuals within organisations.

Aina has developed a number of methodologies in organisational change, corporate transformation, creativity and innovation, cultural change, and top management strategy development. She acts as a consultant for companies worldwide on the development of their training programmes, and also makes presentations regularly at international conferences on human potential and peak performance.

Aina, a gifted communicator, started her career as a presenter on TV. She is a dynamic and charismatic public speaker who is passionate about sharing her expertise to help businesses and individuals excel. She has a special interest in the psychology of performance excellence and human potential, and revels in helping people succeed in all aspects of their lives. She is Vice President and an accredited fellow coach with the European Coaching Institute,– A body that promotes professional standards and accreditation for coaching and coach training providers in Europe.

Aina is an enthusiastic skier, an established equestrian and loves cooking. She also speaks several European languages like English, Italian and Spanish in addition to the Scandinavian languages. She lives and practices in London and travels throughout the world giving workshops.
