Maite Baron is a fully qualified and experienced NLP coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Time Line Therapy Practitioner, working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds including corporate executives, private individuals, groups and teams. Maite offers a range of services to her corporate clients including workshops on topics ranging from leadership and developing creativity to identity, confidence and self-branding, individual or group coaching designed to enable people to become more effective in their jobs. Through her coaching she empowers and motivates employees and teams at all levels within organisations to master every opportunity they encounter professionally and personally. She partners with companies and individuals who recognize that professional and personal effectiveness training and coaching attracts new opportunities and new clients, achieves strong customer satisfaction, builds teams, gains client loyalty, delivers excellence, promotes ethical behaviour, strengthens brands  and identity and builds the skills for professional success.

Maite is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian, and has lived and coached in London, Barcelona, Paris, India and Thailand. She believes in continual learning and strives constantly to stay in touch with the latest developments in her field. She has trained with many of the top names in NLP (including Robert Dilts, Ian McDermott, Tim Halbom, Tad James, Robert McDonald, Suzi Smith and Michael Grinder). Currently she is training with Robert and John Dilts on Success Factor Modelling and with Hannah Wilder on Global Executive Coaching. She is an active member of many professional associations and networking bodies, including the International Coaching Federation, the European Coaching Institute, the NLP UK and Spanish Association, Association for Coaching.

Other skills and experience include teaching at Adult and Further Education level, a high level of IT literacy, and extensive experience of successfully setting up, running and managing her own business . Maite is an experienced and confident media performer, media appearances include Channel Four Television, Capital Radio and many magazines and newspapers.
