Programme Dates and Venues

  • Scintilla reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability.
  • In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in full.

Reservations

We can only guarantee to hold a reservation on a course which has been paid in full.

Joining Instructions

On receipt of a booking confirmation we will issue complete joining instructions detailing your participation on the training event. This includes a location map, public transport information, venue details and course timings.

To discuss your in-company training requirements or to arrange for a free consultation, please contact us.

Confirming a Booking

  • To make a booking, please complete all the details on this website and send to Scintilla.
  • Bookings made via this website are considered confirmed and you need do no more.
  • Our administration team will contact you to confirm the availability of the date requested, and that your place has been secured.

Fees

  • All fees are current, however, we reserve the right to change them.
  • Each course fee includes full course documentation.

Delegate Substitution

  • If you want to make a substitution, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
  • Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring a penalty.

Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card, and must be received prior to attending the course.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

The following charges apply if you cancel:

  • 30+ days before a course = 25% of the course fee.
  • 15 – 28 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
  • 1 – 14 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.

Transfers

  • If you need to make a transfer please contact us.
  • Transfers made 15 – 30 days prior to a course will be charged at 25% of the course fee.
  • Transfers made 1 – 14 days prior to a course will be charged at 50% of the course fee.
  • The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.
  • Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer.
  • The option to transfer can only be used once, after which non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and all outstanding invoices will be due.
  • If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.
