Training CoursesThis programme will take you to the next level in your personal coach training journey by introducing an advanced set of transformational tools. It is designed for those who want to continue their own growth and inner exploration. It consists of 4 modules. Each module is 3 days. The modules can be taken as separate units or together as a complete programme. The modules can be taken in any order. In this module we take a good look at aligning our lives around worthy goals, beliefs and values to enable and inspire us to create the lives we want for ourselves and our clients. We cover the fundamentals of self-mastery that will enable you to discover your true purpose, take control of your life and shape your own destiny. You will gain increased access to your inner vision and explore how to make this manifest in the outer world. Creating Successful Relationships Imagine having renewed relationships with people that matter most in your life and achieving the joy, happiness, intimacy, and fulfillment that we all so desire. In this module we explore how to develop personal choice and freedom at the level of self and in relationship with others as well as how to get to a level of high impact communication skills to better express who you are and what is important to you to the people around you. In this module you will be invited to identify the behaviors, feelings and responses you like least in yourself, and use them to take yourself on a remarkably healing and uplifting personal journey within, to the depths of your being. If the outer world is to be transformed, the process must begin within. If the inner world is to be transformed, it must be understood in light of the outer forces that shaped it. These realms are not separate. This is a systematic way of connecting them so we can become more aligned – spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. Health and Mind-Body Alignment Is being healthy the same as not being ill? Surely there is more to health? Physical health is both a state and an ability. The energy and capacity to do what we care about and enjoy doing, and the ability to heal ourselves. This module explores using mind-training techniques to accelerate healing, facilitate wellbeing, expand self-awareness and help you transform your life and health. Health and consciousness issues can be diminished, and overcome, by shifting the energies that maintain them.
