A Pioneering Programme to support the Advancement of Women in Business and Leadership. A Three Day Participative Workshop

Embracement of diversity has generally been reluctant, slow and painful.
This innovative workshop looks at how it is our conditioning and limiting expectations that have been layered through generations, and has served to build negative and stereotypical messages.
This has resulted in barriers in the individual mind and within society, which again serve to obstruct and reject the embracement of diversity and potential.
This workshop will serve to empower both men and women, to harness individual diversity, and promote potential in a way that benefits both the individual and the organisation.
